Shipments and returns

International Shipping

We ship internationally. We ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. Please note that all shipments are handled under the Incoterms® 2010 FCA (Free Carrier) agreement. For volume purchases, or purchases with customization, please contact us at sales@spacelabnextdoor.com.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include postage costs. Transport fees may vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please note that our Shipping Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Spacelab Nextdoor. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Import duties, fees, and taxes

All orders to a destination outside of the EU are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in the delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection. We have no control over the process or additional charges and we work very closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including, but not limited to, duties, fees, and taxes.

Warranty, returns & repair

30-Day Return Guarantee

For electronics devices, we provide the following guarantee:

  • You have the right to return the product within 30 days, no questions asked. This will be an annulment of purchase, and you will be refunded after the package has been successfully imported in the origin country (Finland).

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty for our electronics products.

Limitations of warranty

Our warranty does not cover external physical damage, including but not limited to falling, soaking into liquid, exposing to rain, shock, oils, hazardous or corroding chemicals, and radiation. If the product was not assembled or disassembled using the anti-static mat and wrist wrap provided in the packaging, the warranty also excludes damage from static electricity.

Repairs and support

You can always apply for our repair service, regardless of the type of malfunction or damage. Repairs and support will be available for 4 years from the day of purchase.
